Rhonda Hughes Principal
Rhonda Hughes finds great joy working with leaders as they transform their career journey by amplifying how they communicate. She has devoted her more than 25-year career to understanding and coaching leaders and technical experts how to harness the power of communication.
This passion for communication as a tool for change and in leadership began early in Hughes’ career as an on-air journalist covering major news events including the Columbia Shuttle explosion, the Oklahoma City bombing trial, the Texas A&M bonfire collapse, and the 2002 Winter Olympic Games with NBC-affiliate KXAS.
Today, Hughes specializes in technical communication, women leaders and advancement initiatives, multi-generational/diversity team building, domestic and international media/stakeholder issues, government relations, crisis communication and sensitive internal communication around investor relations, human resources, and brand protection.
Hughes is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, and lives in Dallas with her husband and three children.
